Survivors Found Alive
Rescue teams in Angeles City reached two survivors on Sunday as search operations continued after a nine-storey building under construction collapsed, leaving fears that more people may still be trapped beneath the rubble.

Aerial footage shows the structure reduced to a massive heap of concrete and twisted metal in Barangay Balibago, with Bureau of Fire Protection workers gathering in a building next to the rubble.
Rescue Operations Continue
According to reports, at least 24 people have been rescued since the collapse, while no fatalities have been confirmed so far.

Emergency crews continued working through the wreckage as authorities launched an investigation into the cause of the collapse and secured damaged power lines around the site.
Officials said rescue operations remained difficult due to the building’s reinforced concrete structure, which has complicated efforts to move debris and access possible void spaces where survivors could be trapped.
