Trump Defends Netanyahu Ties
US President Donald Trump insisted on Monday that relations with Benjamin Netanyahu remain ‘very good’, despite the Israeli prime minister publicly rejecting the 15-point Gaza peace plan backed by Trump and the US-led Board of Peace.

“Any response to Netanyahu rejecting the Hamas deal?” a journalist asked Trump in the Oval Office.
“Well, I put it out today on Truth. I do. I have a response. I put it out today on Truth. Good response. The relationship is very good,” the president replied.
No Statement Found
However, no such statement has appeared on Trump’s Truth Social account at the time of publication.
It follows more than a week of mounting criticism from Netanyahu, who on Sunday openly rejected the Gaza plan.
Gaza Plan Dispute Continues
The proposal calls for Israel to begin withdrawing forces as Hamas disarms, but Netanyahu insisted Israel would not pull back until the group had been fully disarmed.
