One man was injured in one of the buildings and has received medical treatment,” he stated.

The Russian Investigative Committee reported that the attack was carried out with four aircraft-type UAVs.
“As a result, the five-storey building collapsed down to the second floor. Several people are believed to be trapped under the rubble. The number of dead and injured is currently being confirmed,” the department clarified.
Investigation Launched
The Russian Investigative Committee opened a criminal case on ‘terrorism’, under Part 3, Article 205 of the Russian Criminal Code. It said that a team of investigators was at the scene, taking statements from eyewitnesses, documenting evidence and arranging forensic examinations.

The Russian Defence Ministry also reported the massive drone attack with air defence systems intercepting and destroying a total of 217 Ukrainian aircraft-type drones over the country’s regions.
